This website has been established by Block Management Ltd who assisted the leaseholders to exercise their Right to Manage. A Notice of Claim was issued to the Freeholder on 20 October 2020. The Notice was acknowledged and as the freeholder did not issue a Counter Notice by 28 November 2020 the Right To Manage was automatically acquired on 1 March 2021. The majority of leaseholders are members of the RTM company and the remainder are invited to join.
